How it works

1. Invite Teammates

   Invite teammates to collaborate on and analyze data together in real-time. Click share and add the emails of the team members you’d like to collaborate with.

2. Know who and when people join your Notebook.

   Watch people join your Notebook in the top right corner!

3. Follow along where people are typing in your Notebook.

   See the prompts and outputs that you and your team are working on in real time.

4. Anyone can edit, add, or run cells within your Notebook.

   Build and fine tune your Notebook in real time! Run cells and watch Julius analyze and visualize your data!

Is Collaboration only available for Notebooks?

Yes, this is only available for Notebooks. If you want to stay in the know for when we bring this to Threads, reach out to get on the early access list at [e-mail].

Is this available on Business and Enterprise plans?

Yes. If you have a Business or Enterprise plan with a team workspace, you can use collaboration in your Notebooks there.

Who can I invite to my Notebooks? Is there a limit?

You can invite anyone to join your Notebook, and there is no limit to the amount of people you can invite.

Who has permission to share the Notebook and manage its sharing settings?

Only the owner of the Notebook can update the sharing settings, including inviting and adding other users to the Notebook

Who can upload files to the Notebook?

Currently only the owner of the Notebook can upload files to the Notebook

Where do the files generated by the Notebook go?

All files generated and output by the Notebook will be added to the shared Team Files
