The Trust Center, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe Julius’s security and data practices. Consult your applicable agreement for contractual commitments.

Security reports and certificates

As of October 8, 2026, the Trust Center displays SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant, lists a restricted SOC 2 final report and provides a public TX-RAMP Level 2 certificate. Refer to the actual report or certificate for scope, dates and validity. The Security One Pager is public. Some documents, including the SOC 2 report and architecture document, require access approval. Contact team@julius.ai with the document or assessment you need. Access, custom questionnaire completion and deadlines are not guaranteed.

Model training and data use

Julius doesn’t build its own AI models. The Terms of Service, section 4, and the Privacy Policy, section 4, permit Julius to share user content, including prompts, uploaded files and outputs, with AI technology providers to help evaluate, improve and develop their models. The Privacy Policy, section 3, excludes personal information from training Julius’s own models. To opt out of having your content shared with AI technology providers, email privacy@julius.ai (Privacy Policy, section 9). Refer to the governing documents for scope, and contact support for questions about data handling or a customer agreement.

Deletion and retention

Deleting your account is permanent and support cannot restore it. This does not mean every backup or legally retained record is immediately erased. The Privacy Policy, section 11, allows retention for service, business, legal and compliance purposes. It does not publish a fixed backup-deletion deadline. Contact support if you need a specific retention commitment or details about your applicable data-processing agreement.
