Redeeming Institutional Codes

Learn how to redeem an institutional code provided by your instructor or workplace to access a Julius plan.

If your instructor or workplace has provided you with an institutional code, you can redeem it to get access to a Julius plan. Follow the steps below to apply your code.

1. Sign in to Julius

   Go to julius.ai and sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one first.

2. Go to Settings > Account

   Navigate to Settings > Account. You can find this by clicking on your profile icon and selecting Settings, then clicking the Account tab.

3. Enter your institutional code

   Scroll down to the Institutional Codes section. Enter the code provided by your instructor or workplace into the text field.

4. Click Save

   Click the Save button to apply your code. You will be redirected to your subscription page, where you can confirm that your plan has been updated.
