Cancel on web

  1. Go to your Subscription settings.
  2. Click Invoices and Payment Methods to open your billing portal.
  3. Click Cancel plan.
  4. Follow the confirmation shown in the portal.
If you do not see Invoices and Payment Methods, make sure you are signed into the Julius account with the active website subscription. The option may be missing if you do not have an active website subscription or are signed into a different account. If it is still missing, contact support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with access until then. If you want it to take effect immediately, tell support. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed through the App Store, you must cancel through Apple:
  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find Julius AI and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also manage your subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Canceling inside the Julius app or website will not cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel through Apple directly.

Cancel on Android

If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel through Google:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Find Julius AI and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
You can also manage your subscription at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Canceling inside the Julius app or website will not cancel a Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google directly.

Not sure how you subscribed?

  • Check your email for a receipt from Julius, Apple, or Google Play.
  • If your receipt is from Julius or Stripe, cancel on web (step 1 above).
  • If your receipt is from Apple or Google, follow the mobile steps above.

Ask support to help

If you directly ask support to cancel, a human teammate will take ownership and confirm the outcome after checking the subscription. You do not need to provide a reason or repeat your request. If self-service fails, share what happened; screenshots are optional and should not delay your request. Mobile-store subscriptions still need the applicable Apple or Google cancellation route.

After canceling

  • With the normal cycle-end cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Purchased credits expire at the end of their billing term. Daily, welcome and support grants have separate rules; see Understanding credits.
  • Your data and files are preserved. You can still log in on the Free plan.
  • Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime from your Subscription settings.

Need a refund?

Subscription and credit purchases are generally final. This does not remove applicable refund rights or our responsibility to correct billing mistakes. If you were charged after an earlier cancellation request to support, share the original request date so a human teammate can review charges it should have prevented. Verified duplicate payments also need correction. See our Refund Policy. Contact support with the account and charge details you have; a missing receipt does not prevent you from asking for help.
